Mentors in Residence for September 2022 , Safary Wa-Mbaleka and Arceli Rosario are co-founders of the Asian Qualitative Research Association and co-editors of The SAGE Handbook of Qualitative Research in the Asian Context. They are not newcomers to SAGE Methodspace! Dr. Rosario was a panelist on a webinar about Culture and Research, and Dr. Wa-Mbaleka shared research experiences in a video interview. In case you missed them, here are both recordings.

He served as Dean for the School of Postgraduate Studies at the Adventist University of Africa in Kenya and is now at Bethel University. As you can see, he’s someone whose enthusiasm is contagious!
